Jenny’s role was relatively new when she joined the Make-A-Wish America team.
“Almost immediately when I started, I was met with overwhelming support from my team and stakeholders,” said Jenny. “Everyone genuinely wanted me to be successful and have continued to provide the support and guidance I’ve needed to help get me where I am today.”
Jenny has not only been successful in her role of project-managing the intake, creation and final delivery of any project that goes through the Make-A-Wish America Creative Services team, she’s also been recognized for always approaching her work with honesty, transparency and respect, embodying the Make-A-Wish value of integrity.
“At Make-A-Wish, I’ve led initiatives that I might not have had the opportunity to lead in other organizations. Within my first two years, I launched an online work management software, allowing me to refine and set up efficient process and structure for our team. I am excited about the opportunities ahead in my career here.”
With Jenny’s experience and passion, coupled with her Six Signma Yellow Belt, she is an unstoppable forece and brings incredibly value to the organization.
“I truly believe in our mission. What we do has a direct positive impact on wish kids, and it changes their lives. I am so impressed with how ethically we operate as an organization. I get to leave the office every day feeling good about what I do – it’s a great feeling!”
We feel the same way. Thank you, Jenny, for sharing that feeling with us!
